These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dosie, a family medication reminder app operated by Clay Parrish. By using Dosie, you agree to these Terms.
Dosie is a medication tracking and reminder app designed for families and caregivers. It allows you to track medications, log doses, set reminders, and share medication information with household members.
Dosie is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a convenience tool for tracking medication schedules. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not rely solely on Dosie for critical medication timing. Dosie is not a substitute for professional medical care, and we are not responsible for any health outcomes related to medication dosing.
When you invite someone to your household, they can view and manage medications for all people in that household. Only invite people you trust. You can remove household members at any time.
You agree not to:
Dosie sends push notifications and email reminders when medications are due. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver notifications reliably, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control (device settings, network connectivity, email filtering). You should not rely solely on Dosie notifications for critical medications.
Dosie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).
You may stop using Dosie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dosie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
